history of the columbine net:
the columbine net was organized on feb. 26 1962 on 3997khz at 1930 utc.present that day where w0sin,k0ajm,w0gtc.the first net session was feb.27 1962 on 3996khz at 1900 utc with lys j carey (k0pgm) net control for that nite session.checkins were only 5 k0ajm,k0rgu,k0hpf,k0epdand k0cnv.traffic was a lite that night however the 5 managed to get buy.no formals no informals and no pile ups to muddle though.on feb. 28 1962 net session no:2 with k0pgm at the helm. the number of checkins looked like they were on a upward trend 6 . w0gdc,w0wyt,w0sin,k0ajm,k0cnv,k0dcw. today we have over 100 listed on the roster with 40 to 60 checkins nightly
